In 2010 Dance Nation has transformed, evolved, and been re-born with new vitality and talent. The new female vocalist, Sandrine is bursting with energy & enthusiasm, and is ready to take on the world!
After the success of the last single "Great Divide" in the summer of 2010, Dance Nation are back with a new sound and a hot new single - "Surround me".
"Surround me" sees a new side of Dance Nation, a cooler, darker, club banger which showcases the vocal talents of new comer Sandrine. The Video for "Surround me" was shot in the steamy deserts of L.A. and charming city of Amsterdam.
Set for world-wide release in December 2010, Dance Nation are back once again to rock your Dance Floors.

Since 2001 Dance Nation (a.k.a. Sean & Kim in ....Japan....) have produced several international hits such as “Sunshine”, “Dance”, “Move Your Love” and “Ridin’ High”. Finally their complete body of work is now collected on two compilation albums entitled “The Vocal Trance Years 2001-2004” and “The vocal Trance Years 2005-2009” , a must have for all Dance Nation fans. Also their new hit “Dancing on The Moon” is included on this latest compilation!
Both compilations are being made available as download only on various leading portals (including I-tunes) worldwide whereby both compilation albums will be first made available exclusively on www.beatport.com on the following releasedates: September 28th 2009 (The Vocal Trance Years 2001-2004) and November 2nd 2009 (The Vocal Trance Years 2005-2009).

| 28 Jan 2009 | Dance nation vs shaun baker - "sunshine 2009"
2001, the year that Sunshine from Dance Nation ruled the dance floors around theworld and ever since then has stayed in the record boxes of most DJs under the category Classics. As it is widely known in the dance community Shaun Baker is not really a big fan of cover versions, so just like with Laid Back (Bakerman) Shaun hooked up with the original producers and writers and secured the original vocal samples, making this version a real official update instead of just another cover version. Incorporating the typical and unique Baker sound makes Sunshine again internationally interesting.
Currently "Sunshine 2009" is at postion 6 in the official Dance Charts of Germany.
